Tall Oaks Publishing Inc. provides the water treatment industry with technical and business information. Our flagship publication, ULTRAPURE WATER® journal, is a trade magazine published since 1984 that is directed at users of high-purity water in the microelectronics, pharmaceutical, and electric power generation industries.

We also organize conferences, publish books, provide reprints of single articles, and now sell the Encyclopedia of Water Treatment as interactive CD-ROMs.

As a customers of ours, you may receive our e-mails regarding your subscription, or you may receive periodic notifications of new products or industry news. You may remove your e-mail address from our database at any time by going to MyAccount from the home page after you login, and enter your 8-character code found on your magazine mailing label. Or, you may contact us by e-mail regarding your subscription.
Our web pages do not abstract any information from your computer that you do not provide yourself voluntarily. Any credit card information you provide is saved on a secure server.

Return policy-- Tall Oaks Publishing's policy on product returns or cancellations depend on the product purchased:

Journal subscriptions to the digital edition--may not be canceled for a refund.
Books and CDs--may be returned if defective within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged at no charge with an identical, non-defective product. Non-defective Books and CDs may not be returned for credit if the original shrink-wrap is removed. If returned with their original shrink wrap intact, for whatever reason, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. No refund will be given on shipping costs.
Conferences--Cancellation may nor be made less than 5 days from date of event. A person may be substituted with another individual at any time at no charge. Prior to that date, a $30 service charge may be deducted from credit amount issued.
Advertising--Cancellations made after the closing date for an issue are subject to a 25% charge.
