To find your IDCODE, please look at the mailing label of your most recent issue of ULTRAPURE WATER journal.  It is the 8-character code on the upper left-hand corner of the label. Please note that if you reside outside the U.S.A., this mailing label appears on the address sheet contained within the plastic wrap in which the magazine was mailed.  Please be careful to differentiate letters from numbers, such as 0 or O, and 1 or I.

Your IDCODE also appears on any invoices or confirmations for your subscription.  If you cannot locate it, then please E-mail us.  Note: IDCODES, Passwords, and Email addresses are case insensitive. ID codes and Passwords will be converted to uppercase and all emails to lowercase, regardless of how they are entered.
