By Greg D. Simpson,Ph.D.
1st Edition 2007, ISBN 0-9771985-1-0, 301 pages hard cover.
About the Book
Practical Chlorine Dioxide is a comprehensive book for those who want to use ClO2 safely and effectively. The subject matter includes safety, environmental, reaction chemistry, generation chemistry and equipment, analytical, and materials of compatibility. In addition, there is a "Frequently Asked Questions" chapter which answers many of the common questions about ClO2 and its use. Thiese books on chlorine dioxide are more comprehensive than other books on ClO2, in that the material is presented from more of an industrial perspective than a drinking water perspective. Volume I lays the foundation for those who desire to begin working with this versatile chemical. Vol. II deals with a number of the more conventional applications.
