Shipping and Returns Information
On-Line Journal subscriptions to the digital edition--may not be canceled for a refund.
Books and CDs--may be returned if defective within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged at no charge with an identical, non-defective product. Non-defective Books and CDs may not be returned for credit if the original shrink-wrap is removed. If returned with their original shrink wrap intact, for whatever reason, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. No refund will be given on shipping costs.
Conferences--Cancellation may nor be made less than 5 days from date of event. A person may be substituted with another individual at any time at no charge. Prior to that date, a $30 service charge may be deducted from credit amount issued.
Advertising--Cancellations made after the closing date for an issue are subject to a 25% charge.
